How do jobs sites make money?
Off the top of my head: by charging fees from the recruiters and seekers. If it's free, you're most probably the product.

First they charge from the company for posting jobs on the their portal, which you can also say as baseline income.

But sometimes they also charge from the applicant to show their profile to top companies to easily get shortlisted. Although the selection is completely depend upon how to you pass the interview.

There are different types of job sites.

Some work on commissions that are usually charged to the companies.,
Others as StevenBrown suggested charge the the applicant.
Some job sites function as ATS to help companies manage the hiring process, like a software service.

Companies pay a fee to post a job. Also, some job boards use ads.

As others have said, Job sites make money by charging a fee from the companies for advertising their jobs.
Moreover, job sites also charge employers and job boards on a pay-per-click (PPC) basis to promote their
jobs. Similarly, they generate revenue via AdSense, resume search, and strategic relationships.

Job portals can generate revenue by charging a basic fee to both the candidate and the recruiter who registers on the website. The portal's services are usually not free. These portals may charge the employer a fee for each candidate they interview.

Job sites make money by charging employers to post job listings, offering premium services like featured job listings, resume access, and candidate matching, and earning revenue from ads and partnerships with recruiting firms. Additionally, some job sites offer career coaching services and earn revenue from fees charged for those services. It's important for job sites to strike a balance between generating revenue and providing value to job seekers and employers.

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
